VISION Standard grooved piping system is the most versatile, economical, and reliable piping system available.it is up to three times faster to install than welding, easier and more reliable than thread or flange, resulting in lower total installed cost.
The system is designed for roll grooved or cut grooved standard pipe or roll grooved light wall pipe.

VISION Ultra Grooved  piping system is applied in huge size piping system with the wider sealing surface, better sealing performance and stronger bending moment ability comparing with the grooved piping system. It improves the pipelines preparing efficiency with the standard groove size.

VISION Shouldered piping system is based on the Shouldered Joint technology with higher deflection, which is used in all kinds of supporting abominable condition comparing with the grooved piping system. It's applied in wear-resist pipelines due to the shoulder at the end of the pipe. Also used in screw pipelines. The max size can be up to 48"|1200mm.

VISION Ring Joint piping system is based on the Ring Joint technology,with the higher deflection and higher pressure comparing with the grooved piping system. It's applied in wear-resist pipelines with the shouldered piping system. As long as the welding strength is enough,then there no need of sealing for the Ring Joint system comparing with the shouldered piping system, which is more convenient and widely used in high pressure system. The max size can be up to 120''|3000mm.

The grooved piping concept is simple and reliable.The coupling housing performs several functions as an integral part of the pipe joint.It contains the gasket,which is fully enclosed,reinforcing and securing it in position for proper sealing.The housing also engages on the pipe around the full pipe circumference and creates a unified joint while providing the advantages of mechanical joints.

VISION gasket consists of bridge,rigs and lips.All these three parts are designed in accordance with Fluid Mechanical and elastic seal theory.The VISION gasket is pressure response,providing the sealing efficiently.

The combination of VISION gasket characteristics creates a permanent,leak-tight triple seal on a variety of piping materials.
