VISION Shouldered piping system is based on the Shouldered Joint technology, which consists of casing, sealing ring, bolts/nuts and shoulder

The shoulder is connected with the pipe through welding. Please refer to the left picture for welding shoulder. The welding method needs not only to ensure the strength, but also to ensure the sealing

The sealing ring has triple sealing, refer to sealing technology for more details

Shouldered piping method is suitable harsh environment, such as mine, which can adapt to large pipe deviation (compared to the groove piping system, it has a greater angular displacement)

Shouldered type is suitable for spiral steel pipe. Because the shoulder head can provide a flat sealing surface, it provides a way for spiral steel pipe to adopt mechanical piping (spiral steel pipe can also be welded with grooved short pipe at the end, which is connected with groove type).

Shouldered-type piping is more suitable for wear-resistant piping system, such as mine tailing and back filling system,compared with groove piping system
